Rain is just one lovely reason to stay in.
I photograph at home in every season. A newborn’s first weeks in January. The last slow weeks of a pregnancy in July. A Saturday in October when nobody wants to get dressed.
Home is where your days actually happen, so it’s where the photographs feel most like you: your window light, your kitchen, the blanket everyone fights over, the ceiling a small person gets lifted towards one more time.

Who belongs in the photographs
The whole household, dog included.
A sleeping newborn, a toddler who would rather be upside down, the dog who has to be wherever everyone else is. At home nobody gets left out of the frame, and nobody has to sit still for long.
The cat that hides under the bed, the older sibling who says they don’t want to be in it: everyone who lives there is welcome.

At Home isn’t a separate package. Any newborn, maternity, family or couples session can happen in your home; it’s simply where we meet. Sessions starting from $650.
What it’s like
Your home, as it is
- Any home works.
- A small apartment, a busy kitchen, a bedroom with one good window. I find the light; you don’t need a big or perfect space.
- Please don’t tidy.
- Clear one corner if it helps you relax. The toys on the floor and the coffee cups are part of your story.
- Grey days are lovely.
- Rain gives soft, even window light that is kind to everyone. Sunny days bring long shapes across the floor. I love both.
- Slow on purpose.
- We pause for feeds, snacks and naps. Nobody has to perform; you spend the morning together and I watch for the in-between.

Newborn, maternity and family sessions starting from $650.

You write to me
A few lines through the form or by email: who will be in the photographs, and roughly when. I reply within one business day.

A short call or a voice note
Whichever is easier with little ones around. We talk through your home and its light, the kids’ rhythms, and what you would love to remember.

A retainer reserves your date
A $150 retainer reserves your date; it’s credited toward your session. From then on, that morning is yours.

The morning at home
I arrive quietly, find your best window and follow your day. Feeds, naps and snacks are all part of it.

Your gallery
Your edited photographs arrive in a private online gallery, ready to download and share.

Hello, I’m Anna.
I know what it means to let someone into your home, especially in the first weeks with a baby. I come quietly, I work with the light you already have, and I don’t need anything from you except a slow morning of your ordinary life.
The world can wait.
